Please note, that all levels are available, but special care should be taken to ensure that you select the appropriate level based on your current level in the BPO industry.

B) Basic Level - Free Subscription period: Unlimited This level is intended for BPO/REO agents that are at a basic or beginning level within their business. When someone subscribes to this level they are doing between 0-10 BPO orders/week and still have questions about how to fill in the forms. People that sign up for this level will receive a solid foundation into the BPO business. Students within this level will focus on the 'Ten Steps' Guide. Nicole Ocean will be your instructor. Nicole is the founder and lead instructor of BPO University. She is a career BPO professional, a certified real estate instructor and BPO trainer.

C) Intermediate Level - Free Subscription period: Unlimited This level is intended for BPO/REO agents and brokers that are at an intermediate level within their business. When someone signs up for this level they are doing between 10-40 BPO orders/week, they typically are not using BPO Automation software or have staff. Students within this level will focus on the 'Double Your BPO Income' Step-By-Step System, that takes approximately six months to complete.
